Hello,
I have a spanish made flintlock rifle. I need a sear spring for it, but I can't find one online that matches what I need. Any good sources?

Is it a production gun, such as CVA, traditions, jukar, ardessa, dikar? Many of them share the same lock and parts should be available.

Can you provide any details how to do that?
They are pretty much self explanatory. I start out by putting a section of blade in vise jaws, and filing the tab. Then make the screw loop, shape the fore part, heat and bend. They generally have enough spring to them to work without any special treatment of heat, as their job isn't very demanding. Most commercial sear springs are much stronger than necessary.
