Southern Mountain Flintlock Rifle. 45 Caliber Green Mountain barrel is 7/8" x 42" long. Bore is bright and shiny. There is a textured spot in the last 1/2" at the breech. It doesn't tear or pull a cleaning patch off. Small Siler flintlock lock. Trigger has a 2 1/2 pound pull weight. Ver curly maple stock has a split at the right front muzzle. Shored up and then poured a pewter nose cap. Browned iron furniture. Hickory ramrod has a brass cleaning jag permanently attached. 14" length of trigger pull. 3" drop at the heel, 57 3/4" overall length, 8lb 4oz. Just refinished.

Trigger plate was over inlet, so a couple of fillers added.​
