Which spare parts, if any, would you keep on hand for a black powder cap-and-ball revolver (even if such spare parts might require fitting)?
 
Springs for sure, maybe a spare hand and bolt, and a set of screws.

I believe both Pietta and Uberti offer kits with all the screws needed for whichever model revolver you have.

A set or two of nipples couldn't hurt, either.
 
I think it depends on how much you shoot it ;) . If it's something you shoot every weekend and 100 to 200 rounds during that shooting session then I would keep on hand two sets of nipples, screws, springs, hand, bolt and a good gunsmith screw driver set:thumb:.
