How does the grip and frame size compare?

The S&B appears so much like a Remington in the grip I assume that there's not much difference in feel, though it does appear smaller.

I'm guessing the S&B comes in between the size of a '51 Colt and a '62 Colt? The cylinder is no doubt about the size of the 6 shot Navy, but the grip and frame?

Watching his video is what renewed my interest in the Spiller.

I'm not too fond of the idea of a brass framed revolver, but I sure do like the Spiller & Burr.

That thread holds nothing in common with my new questions though.

I have one and it fits my smallish hands nicely. Also it's my go-to gun for civil war Confed impression in reenacting. I like it because it reloads easier( I remove the cylinder), due to being out in the field instead of a house I don't have all those extra pieces to lose. And its easier to field clean( quick cleaning) I wander to the nearest running water and shwish it around a few times and the cylinder is ready to go as soon as it dries. Sitting in my camp reloading is quick and easy. The 51 weighs in at 2 3/4 lbs, and the S&B wieghs in at 2 1/2 lbs. I know it doesn't seem like much but every once counts when your packing things round all day.
