Well, this week, I started finishing my Kibler Colonial.
Some really good sanding being mindful not to get beneath the depth of some of the brass parts or "recurve" any of the surfaces.
Used a nice coat Laurel Mountain stock stain and I must say, it's looks pretty dang good.
A little light "scotchbriting" and I'll apply the first finish sealer coats.
I'm truly on the fence about browning the barrel.
I kinda like the way it looks in the white.
Anyone hear if Jimmy is moving along with his proposed Fowler kit or is that dead in the water?
