Stock Finishes; Varathane Spray Oil Base Finishes. (Stain)

Saw at Home Depot; Howard Feed & Wax, it's Orange Oil & Bee's Wax for wood tune up. Also, got a spray can of Varathane Oil Base 'Carbon Gray' stain to finish my CVA stock; I don't want another "brown" stock, and as my metal finishes on the Mt. Rifle are dull gray, I thought I'd go with a gray stock! I had gotten orange oil-bee's wax-carnauba "Final Finish" at Dixon's years ago, and just used some recently to shine up a Bess stock I was sprucing up. It's gonna be named, The Gray Ghost!

Something different from the usual reddish brown might be pretty interesting. Please do post pics when done.
