Great buck and congratulations.  I did the exact same thing this year.  My son razes me on my tendency to hold too high,  and he is right.  Shot over a chunk of a doe at 100 yards with a scoped rifle in mid Dec expecting the boolit to drop into the vitals. Shoot, the long arm was sighted in for 100 yards!  Oh well, at least the freezer was already filled up from opening day.
