That is a custom gunsmithing undertaking. You should be able to locate a TC breech plug and then a quality aftermarket barrel and have them fitted. With the right skills you might be able to do it yourself. Personally, I would go with something like an L&R rpl lock over the TC original. Either way, I fear you might be looking at an investment that would make considering a whole new gun a better way to go.
