T/C Peep...

Does the T/C #7194 tang peep also fit a New Englander? I put one on my GreyHawk over a decade ago, but can't find one that specifically says it will fit the New Englander.

Don't have a catalog in front of me, Moe, but if it'll fit the Greyhawk, it'll fit the New Englander. The two guns are identical except for material (stainless vs. chrome-moly) and barrel length. I even have a New Englander barrel that works fine on my Greyhawk.

The only other tang hunting sight T/C offers, fits the Hawken/Renegade/Big Boar models. They have a different tang curvature.

Yup, I know both those rifles have the same tang, but I can only find the 7194 peep, which fits the Hawken. The sight shown in the photo on the TOTW website seems like it has the same base curvature as mine. I want a new one for my New Englander and wondered if this sight would work.

t/c part number# 7197 fits the new englander
part #7194 fits the hawkens renegade but will also fit the new englander seem the one for the NE has a greater curve to the base.[url] midsouthshooters.com[/url] part # 030-7194 sells for $40.21
I did install the 7194 on one of my new englanders without any problems,I like to mount the peep about 1/2" behide the front tang screw,so 2 hole will be needed to drilled and taped
