Well guys,

The lock on my Renegade went down on m after 30 yrs of service or so. So I boxed it up, UPS'd it to them with a note, and 9 days later I have a brand new lock. That is excellent service in my book.

Good Luck, Make Smoke, David B

Three cheers for T/C Arms :hatsoff:
Nice to know that in this new era of stick it to the consumer, there are still some good guy's out there!

MADE IN THE GOOD OLD USA. :hatsoff: Out of the 9 muzzleloaders I own, 6 are T/C guns. Because of the service and quality. :applause:

You can't beat T/C's service. I've only heard good about them, and my limited experiences with them has been excellant.

As the saying goes, "there is no free lunch", that customer service costs the company money and they have to make it up somehow, which probably explains why a new T/C Hawken now retails for $600 or so. Personally, I've never considered customer service to be a high priority in selecting a new gun. Most firearm problems are rather simple and I'd rather just fix it myself than spend twenty bucks to ship it off and wait on pins and needles hoping it will be better when it comes back.

Good to hear Dave!

Good Customer Service IS an important issue in any purchase or transaction for everyone!...Postage to and back is no big deal to get the product repaired right!
