T/C Triumph Issue

Hello, I’ve been trying to shoot blackhorn 209 with federal 270 gr bor lock bullets. We went to the range today and it did not fire on the first two primers (cci magnum). On the 3rd primer the bullet went half way down the range. After that shot, the next 3 went off fine with a dirty barrel. The bullets seem to fit tighter with a dirty barrel. I’m guessing that’s part of my issue. I also wonder if my cleaning oil is keeping it from going off at first? Maybe the breech plug is not well suited for blackhorn. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
