your pumpkins left over from halloween are excellant targets. A prb impacting them is nothing less than spectacular small ones swinging from a branch are a blast I allways grow extras just for targets. if your fortunate to have a hill to roll them down thats even better and there biodegradable

I think it would be more sport and a sign of greater skill to stalk them quietly and cautiously and shoot them while they were sitting still before they spooked and headed down hill....
 
The pumpkin patch would be the only place where HUNTERS ORANGE will work as camo.

Do you think you could get within bayonet range?

I seen a pumpkin stampede before, its not a pretty sight.

A rule of thumb, a wounded pumpkin will always charge.
