Purchased these for a project but couldn't find the barrel I was looking for. I bought them for an1861Colt Pietta I was working on. Never been used or installed. As stated in the Taylor's site, the wood will have to be fitted. I've used some before on an 1851 and the only fitting I had to do was the place where the grips fit to the trigger guard. Just a little wood had to be removed. Otherwise the rest fit good.
