Your rifle looks pretty good.
A few scrapes on the frizzen means the builder tried it out to verify sparking.
Now its time to get the necessary accoutrements to go shooting.
Measure (measure that is calibrated from 10 to 100 grains in 5 grain increments) You will likely only need about 40 grains for your 36 caliber rifle.
Real black powder - grade 3fg for shooting and priming.
Patching for loading (I like JoAnne's Pocket drill utility cloth or 0.015" thick 100%cotton pillow ticking)
0.350" diameter round balls.
Black English Flints (measure the width of frizzen for approximate size. If ordering from a supplier make a request for selection of flat topped flints)
Spit will work for your patch lube, damp patches not sloppy wet.
