Blade is 7 1/2 inches in length, 5/32 thick. Thanks for the kind words fellows, appreciated.

That is a killer (pun intended). Beautiful knife. What makes it a "Texas" Bowie? There are many Bowie styles that different people claim are the "real" or "original" Bowies.
