am currently between builds and am starting to twitch. don't want to take on a plank build right now, but would have time and energy to do a kit finish someone has stalled on.
lemme know what you have and price shipped . flint or percussion. rifle, shotgun or pistol. i'm easy.
thanks, deerstalkert, AKA tom
just to be sure.

Better get your eyes checked. I'm pretty sure those are birds.

Deerstalkert, or anyone that may be interested, I just received some T/C Hawken stocks. I bought a number from an eb seller who conveniently 'forgot' so show a number of them that are wholly ruined. After settling up with them, I have a few nice stocks . There are five that I would say are 90% finished, nice inletting that would need a little work; I have dry fit locks and trigger assemblies and depending on what variation lock you have, it could be be more or less effort.

There are a couple others around 70% complete inletting and another dozen that need stock trimming and some heavier inletting work. They all still maintain more than the spec stock in excess wood on the butt, mostly full form at the wrist, need wedge inletting and rod hole boring along with some lock and trigger area clean up.

PM me if you are interested and I will gladly send photos of any pieces you want to see.

I have a Lyman GPR flintlock in 54 with an L&R replacement lock that I started and never finished. I really should just get on it and get it shooting!
