Thompson Center barrel question.

Friend bought a used TC Hawken. One of the early ones barrel marking is CAL 45. There was a mark under the barrel that was like or is a Maltese Cross. Does anyone know who made those barrels?

Someone will know. We have a T/C expert here named bubba50. I hope he sees this and responds. I know their early barrels were farmed out to Sharon, Douglas and I think maybe Green Mountain. Unfortunately I don’t remember which company used the cross.
