Worthpoint is suggesting there is one for sale on Ebay. There are none for sale on Ebay. That was the first place I looked.

OP made me look. Apparently bought a couple when I was casting Mini and Maxi Balls. What are they going for today? Guess I would part with one.

they are used to lube cast bullets

A tube (like large toothpaste) of lube, from T/C, is screwed into the side. The bullets are loaded into one end and pushed (nose to tail) towards the center. If things line up just right you squeeze the tube when the bullet is centered where the lube enters and the lube is pushed into both lube grooves to fill them up. Then another bullet is started into the end and the lubed bullet falls out the bottom.
