just had a look at thompson centre arms new site, when you click on custom it does not go to fox ridge anymore.i think that this is they way that tc is going like some of the outhers droping trad guns and going the inline direction ,i realy do hope i am wrong it would be very sad to see that happen. is fox ridge a part of tc or are they a seperate company.
bernie :hmm:

Bernie,
They are one in the same. Fox Ridge is located right in front of TC's factory and share the same parking lot. I manage to get up to Fox Ridge at least twice a year as it's only a 2 1/2 hour drive. What will the future bring? I don't know. I've heard they will keep the same CEO so I hope things will continue the same....Jim

thanks guys ,ido hope that they continue the sidelock
when i think that not so long ago they did they did the.54 sidelock and a heap of outhers and droped them from there line ,it does make one wonder.
bernie

Don't stop wishing at their keeping sidelocks. Let's hope that they bring back the Seneca/Cherokee. The best that they ever made was lost in a fire. Before laughing, consider who bought them out. S&W was known for making a wide variety of guns -- they were known as the gun of the month factory. Let's hope big!

What do you say T/C -- can we get another nice little smallbore out of you?

I'd like to see the smaller calibers come back as well. Maybe some letter writing is in order? Someone wanna come up with a cut and paste letter us lazy bums can use. lol

Billy

I'd be happy with a .36 cal Seneca, brass toe plate. I'd buy one just to support an American company that is making affordable "traditional" muzzleloaders.
