I killed a nice 17lb. wild turkey and I ground up the meat, added ground venison and ground wild hog. Mixed it together with 5 eggs,barbeque sause,mustard,salt,pepper,chopped onions and bell pepper,italian bread crumbs,a little sugar,and a can of mushroom soup. Shaped it to the apperance of a log, and iced it like a cake with ketchup. Then wrapped it in a pound of sliced bacon. It made one fine meatloaf.
