Well, I got to shoot a 4ga blunder buss. I am in awe of the sheer destruction of that gun. I dont think I will touch a puny cartridge gun ever again. I am also in the process of getting my trade gun from Northstar west, but after shooting the big gun, I am considering one of those kits instead. That was a nice gun. And man, did it turn some heads when we started shooting that beast. Wonder what that blunder bus would do to a pig ?

I posted this in the wrong forum. I apologize. Tell you what, you could flock shoot about anything. It was a great morning. I still stink like burnt gun powder.

Tell you what, that thing would sweep a deck and those blunder bus's are NO joke. I could see finding a way to make that thing practical for home defense. It sure tore up a man sized paper target. If a guy were hit with that thing at a reasonable range it would be all over. It is a very impressive weapon. Very impressive.

Not as big of a boom perhaps but I'd guess that a Northwest gun is still more impressive with aimed round ball loads as well as birdshot on flying targets.

That is going to be my first purchase. I am saving for a gun from Northstar west. Im shooting a borrowed paki-gun now and it throws a nice pattern to. But that blunder buss was crazy.

however, for do noise,with only black powder and 500grs you have a sweet feeling.

the blunderbusses are build for,I'm not mad or maybe a little bit ?
