Well my powder finally arrived and the gun runs like a champ. Almost instant ignition of the main charge. I also installed a new flash liner, very first shot the main charge didn't ignite. After that it went boom 4 times in a row. Can't wait to shoot some more this weekend, thanks for all your help guys.

Most liners come from the manufacturer with what's basically a pilot hole through it. I've always drilled mine out to 1/16" and got excellent ignition. Before I install a new liner I also cone the inside some more and shorten the liner if it protrudes into the bore.
