Just what I can see - probably a 2-1/2 year or possibly a 3-1/2 year - a very nice buck - with 10 points on board already.
I agree - this handsome fellow should be left to breed for another year - or two.
He is one you really want him to spread his genes around.

I have several pictures of this buck in my hog trap eating corn. Lucky for both of us I had the door wired open.I have a Burlap sack over the door now and that has kept him out so far. He is a pretty wide and tall

buck, he had to get down on his knees to crawl in there. Whitetails are interesting animals, they never cease to amaze me.

Surprised to see two buck with shed velvet already on August 29. That seems a bit early, though with literally many hundreds of buck photos over the years I have seen it rarely prior to September.
