On US 64. Any good muzzleloading shops along the way? Within 10 minutes of the highway if possible.

Thanks

Unfortunately, no. Not in the Charleston/Huntington area. We used to have a nice little shop at Hurricane, but it closed years ago. There is a nice modern gunshop there almost within sight of I-64 that sells some muzzleloader products, but they lean toward in-line equipment. No Blackpowder but plenty of substitutes as well as your run of the mill doo-dads.

I live in Huntington, and there are no blackpowder shops around. The only shop that I know of in the state is Cain's Outdoor, which is the former Mountain State Muzzleloading. To get there, you would have to get on I-77 north at Charleston and travel about 1 hour to Williamstown, WV. Panther Primitives is in WV, but it is north of I-79 in Normantown.
