Hi, Does anyone know the twist rate of the barrel for a thompson tree hawk carbine?
Thanks James

it was 1-20" . . . very fast, but that was the original twist on the t/c scout, also. i believe the t/c white mountain carbine initially had the really fast twist as well

I think the twist is 1-48, I have a buckeye hunter and I called T/C and they told me it was 1-48 Twist. I thought it was 1-20. :hmm:
Give them a call.

That one is 1 in 20 twist. You can check it by running a cleaning patch down the bore, mark the ramrod, pull it out slow while watching for one complete revolution. Then measure how far it took to get that complete revolution and there you have it. :winking:
