Thanks for watching........my feeble o' brain is always trying to think of something wacky and safe to shoot...LOL
Hey Maniac, I noticed you did a video a while back on shooting double ball loads from a couple of rifles. Have you ever shot double ball loads from your smooth bore trade guns? If so how did they group? If not would you be up to doing a vid on that? Pioneer flinter.

Pioneer flinter,
I haven't tried 2 balls from a smoothbore....YET!
Great idea, I'll try that one very soon, thanks for the idea.
I'll post it here when its complete.

Hey Larry, that would be a good one for Mark to do!!!Reason is i have seen it done and could not believe it unless i seen it with my own eyes. So 2 year on a woods walk shoot at one of my clubs it happened. We were at the pond and on the other side on the bank was 2 small targets around 50 yards. Well this one older guy is up to shoot, i’m off to his side and back from him. I’m looking at the angle of the barrel and thought to myself he’s going to shoot into the pond and next thing you know he fires then a splash in the water then the sound of the ball hitting and moving the target. Many were what the heck just happened and he was confused. They didn’t know what happened. Good thing a couple others seen it. So i told him about his barrel angle and that he had to be aiming at the reflection in the water which after replaying it in his mind thats what he did...not on purpose. It was the highlight of the day on a fun shoot.

You're on for that water trick. I need to find a suitable decent sized pond. I have an idea where I can try that one....I'll start asking permission.. ...looking forward to trying that! Thanks for the suggestion.

Here you go my friend:
I tried some double ball muzzleloading from rifled barreled guns on video back in August 2018. Here's the fun with surprising results:

The only thing that got my attention on is the small top wad.
when I toad shot or bareball I like to up end the gun and give a few shakes. Then recheck to see if it’s tight. I would worry that the small patch wouldn’t be enough if you were on the trail for a bit.
