I am inletting the triggers into my rifle and need input as to location. Where should the bar on the trigger contact the sear on the lock. Should it be as far to the front as posible? Rear? Middle? Will moving this have an impact on trigger pull? I am using doubble-set triggers.

As a GENERAL rule, put your adjustment screw directly in line with the sear bar. Otherwise, put it as close to center between the two bars as you can (assuming it is a "double action" set trigger...meaning it will fire "unset")
