Buckskins & Black Powder
A long dirty, stinky day, but I have them polished out nicely and the base plugs set in epoxy. Now to wait 24 hours for it to dry, then i can go ahead and remove the extra wood before moving on to stain and finish. The tiny little day horn was really fun to make. It was the ugliest, scale ridden horn i had, but it came out looking great. Really happy with all 4. The epoxy is just to hold them in place and make sure they are sealed 100%. Makes setting the nails a whole lot easier.
