Check at the main index under Using the Forum.
You need to have the image already set up on a photo hosting site like Photobucket or Hunting101. It has to be a .jpg or .gif image file.
Your above "link" is just "040". That's not a web address.

I went through the set up of the photobucket but I don't how to get my pictures to this form? I am not to good at moving things around on the computer.I have been reading other note on this but still not sure.
I also don't know how to see if my set up took on the photobucket?

In Photobucket, you copy the information in the "Url" box under the image. You should see the picture on your screen as small thumbnail images in your album. Click once in the box to highlight it and select "copy" after clicking your right mouse button.
The address should look something like this:
[url] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v169/Stumpkiller/whoahorse.jpg[/url]
Here, when making a post, you click on the 8th little blue image above the message box (a little graphice of mountains and the sun) and then paste the information where the box pops up and asks you.
