Well guys, this morn I looked out my front window and there was a Gobbler in full strut with a single hen not more than 40ft from my front door. Such a sight. No, I don't do pictures. From the semi-wilds of MT.

I use to see such sights back when I lived out in the boonies; I really miss it. A rifle will be my turkey gun of choice this Spring; either a .36 or a .40.

We have them doing their mateing rituals around here also.
They look pretty neat when they are all fluffed up and faned out trying to impress the ladies.

What may have been my last turkey ????? was in Agusta co. VA with my .50 TC at 125yd many years ago.(A fall hen). Don't hunt much anymore.
