Most any screw driver is one, but I suspect you want a nice period quality perhaps for a cased set ? . There are or their was at least makers of fine quality case fittings one Mick Marsh probable retired now, but there one in Arkansas I gather then thiers Peter Dyson,but bound to be others Lots of luck. I believe the OP wants one made entirely of steel or iron. One that a blacksmith might make. I PMed him and that is what I was told.
