Looking for a unmade kit gun to give and make with my grandson for Christmas. Would love to find a T/C kit, new in the box, but will consider others. Would like input on other kits, prefer Hawken style, but flexible. PM with what you have. Thanks

I have a Traditions St. Louis Hawken kit, 50 cal., new in box. I paid $350 for it.
 
Have you contacted the guys on the classifieds with kits? Can't believe b yer not staining this weekend! That said I have a new still in plastic wrap traditions ky rifle kit I was going to build just to practice staining for me kibler but I find the beech wood is not in be the same category as my maple kibler. $340 + the freight if your interested. .50 caliber
