I hope this is in the right place. I just moved to watertown, ny: from fort polk, louisiana. i was wondering if any of you are near me, so i can find out about where to shoot around here and if there are any activities i could attend or join. any information would be appreciated.

If you are at Drum, they should have a range on post and all. Congrats on getting up there. Theres a lot of good hunting and fishing in that neck of the woods! :thumbsup: :imo:
We keep our sailboat at Sackets Harbor. There was an informal range near Madison Barracks, I'm not sure if it is still allowed. Check out the NYSMLA site for clubs and events up in that area. http://nysmla.org/ There are a couple active clubs in Pulaski, NY, just south of Watertown on Rt. 81.
