This pouch was patterned from an original found in the Tippecanoe Battlefield Museum that I was able to examine and measure 16 years ago, attributed to Ethan Beckler from Virginia who homesteaded in North Central Indiana circa 1810, made from 8 oz. oil tanned smooth cowhide, hand sewn with saddlers thread bag measures 8" wide by 7&1/4" deep tapered gusset to 1", single pocket on back panel measures 4&1/2" deep by 7"wide (see pocket stitch line on back panel), trimmed front panel and flap, hand forged buckle, hand poured pewter button, 1&1/2" wide strap made from same leather tapers to 1& 1/4" at the buckle, adjustable to 64". it has a 4" deep short starter pass through pocket on the strap $140.00 shipped to CONUS MO or Check OK, no elec pay, thanks for looking, Beav
