I recently had the opportunity to acquire a great looking british antique. The rib is engraved with "S Warrell Portsmouth" and the locks "warrell portsmouth" and I can only find one other example of the same autograph online. There seems to be no real record of him. Is there any chance someone would have access to knowledge or documents that could shed some light on this beautiful old piece?
