I’ve been trying really to find a new Remington new model army sheriff in stainless steel to buy.

emf, Taylor’s & company and muzzleloaders.com are all out of stock.

I was wondering if anyone could point a guy to any other stores where I could find this specific revolver in brand new shape.

Might try posting a wanted for this one. Most BP buyers rarely if ever shoot their guns.They also may not know how to properly clean them so pictures of the bore are needed. If they mention how great a cleaning they did with Hopp #9 or other non-water based cleaner it`s a clue to pass. Stainless will corrode just like blue steel from BP...Good luck...c

That's going to be a tough one to find right about now. From what I understand, most of Italy is still pretty much locked down due to the "unspecified virus of unknown origin", so there are not a lot of any BP revolvers coming into this country right now. I see that MidwayUSA just got a smattering of Ubertis in, including the 8" stainless NMA, but is already sold out of that one.

Wish I had better news for you, but if you want that particular model, you may just have to be patient. Keep checking Midway, Wholesale Hunter, Dixie, Taylor's etc. They may be getting in small batches here and there, but it might be a while before anyone is really stocked up on BP revolvers.

Like mentioned above, you could also try posting a WTB on this site. I've gotten a couple really nice revolvers off of members here - you might get lucky.

I have a Pedersoli SXS flintlock on order. I'm a month in and according to IFG I have another two to wait. I was told via email yesterday that as far as they know (and they should) Pedersoli hasn't stopped production through all of this. They're simply backlogged due to demand.

People be gone plumb crazy. They no absolutely nothing about C&B guns, there are almost no components, but it is A GUN!!.
I guess that makes my pristine full fluted Colt 1860 Army worth a kings ransom

If pigs could fly. If there is little to no production from Pietta and Uberti due to the pandemic lockdowns, import regs have nothing to do with the supply.
