What Are These?

Found these in a box of muzzleloading supplies that came with a yard sale rifle. I have no idea what they are. Not hollow.

I have seen items like those on the left advertised to be a tip for staring and loading hollow point bullets instead of a flat or concave jag used for traditional bullets.

Spot on. I have a couple of sets of those I got in a trade from a guy who shot a lot of in-line crap.....
