What gague do I have

I have a double barrel with back action locks that measures approximately .710 at the muzzle.Is this a fourteen gage?Thanks

 

.710 is 13ga. I have a set of perc barrels that I'm going to make up into a flint that has 1 tube 13ga and the other 14ga
