Made in Spain by Ardessa. Same as the CVA Kentucky rifle. Some love 'em, some hate 'em. I've heard some of them are real good shooters. Not worth a lot of $$$.

It looks very much like a Traditions Kentucky percussion that I just put together from a kit.

What it is is either a CVA or a Traditions Kentucky rifle, just judging from your pictures it could be either one as they are nearly identical.
Just as a point of reference Ardesa and Traditions are one in the same, known as Traditions in the U.S. and Ardesa in Europe.
