Can anybody help me with this gun? I have no clue what it is. It is a .69 cal. The barrel goes from a octagon then to round smoothbore. Any help with it would be welcomed. Thanks.

It is a Belgian Trade Musket made anywhere from the early 1900s to as late as 1960. They and other variants on the same theme were big sellers in the early days of the modern muzzleloading era, especially post WW2. They were surplus to Belgium's needs for sale to natives in their african colonies.
