Stripes do matter ! When I put my underwear on brown stripes in the back yellow stripes in the front. Worked for years
Keep it polished and use bright lights. They will never see any mistakes.Thanks, I did skip the insides! But I wanted the brass to be nice and shinny to distract attention from the inevitable mistakes I’ll make when I start carving the stock.

Wow that’s shinny!!Took quite a few hours to do, but I have all the Woodsrunner brass polished up. Takes a while to remove all the casting lines and scale. But they shine pretty good now.
