I had Mr. Hoyt ream a barrel for me and it came out to .607 caliber. TOTW has wads and cards at .615 and .579....would either of these work?

Flintlocks, Inc. has all kinds of in-between size wads and has trial packs so you don't have to make a big investment to find out what works in your gun.

.615 would be about right. But a trial packet could be useful. Keep track of shipping when figuring out costs, it can be more than the product.
 
I like my wads to be about .025 to .035 over the bore actual size for felt and .020 to .025 for leather. :idunno: :idunno:
