K.A.L. in Manitoba make one, so do Davide Pedersoli. Mike Alexandre on Jersey Channel Islands as well. Prices are all up around $300 or so, plus shipping
However, you need to measure your bore across flats, to determine the actual size of the mould that you need. This will depend on who made your rifle, and when.
Brett Gibbons - papercartridges.com - recently move to near Gettysburg VA - he swages whitworth bullets of a size commensurate for patching.
Shooting any Whitworth rifle is a pretty steep learning curve, and many people use either paper-patched or multigroove cylindrical bullets instead.
