I was at a turkey shoot yesteday and saw a friend there whose son had just purchased a new ML. The gun was a Lyman GPR, right hand flint, .54 cal., brand new, and he got it on a close out at Wally World for $212. The price was originally $335 but had been marked down a couple of times and the tag said $258 when he took it to the register. When they scanned it it rang up as $212, a rather mind numbingly low price for such a gun. I needed it like a hole in the head but would have bought it just for resale if nothing else. I have purchased .54 caliber Hornady and Remington balls for $3 a box at Wal-Mart close outs before but nothing like this great buy. Might be a good time to stroll through the gun section at the local SuperCenter. ::

Well, you can always look on the bright side. At least the little weasel oops- young gentleman- didn't win the shoot with that new gun too. :haha: :haha:
