I have several of the worms from Dan Fruth, who makes the ones in the link posted by
@Brokennock in post #5, above. They are beauties, and very authentic and traditional. You won't go wrong with one of those.
However, we might be thinking about the ramrod tips and worms from
The Lucky Bag. I recall these were discussed in a thread on this forum not long ago.

As mentioned above, Larry Callahan makes tapered tips and worms, and you can also get them from Brad and Shane Emig of Cabin Creek Muzzleloading:
Cabin Creek Accoutrements & Tools I believe the tapered ramrod tips are more traditional than the parallel sided or cylindrical ones which are offered by most of the suppliers.
