Woodsrunner finished today!

I finished my Woodsrunner today. I can’t say enough about the product that Jim Kibler produces. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Superb finish on the wood. What stain and finish did you use?

I used iron nitrate. Two applications. Then I used Permalyn filler, 4 coats. First coat was put on fairly heavy, waited a few minutes and wiped off the excess. Then I did 4 more coats. Each coat was applied by fingers VERY sparingly. I buffed with scotch brite pad between each coat. After that I applied several coats of butchers paste wax.
