Woodsrunner pre-orders

Just got an email from Kiblers and they are taking preorders for their new rifle the Woodsrunner. It looks nice. If I wasn't in the middle of building a new PC I'd look into buying a kit to build.

They certainly appear to be what I'd want. In many ways the "Woodsrunner" looks like the best choice for me if I had the $$ to get a kit.

Money was my obstacle too. When I checked out the Woodsrunner I decided it would be worth while to sell off some of my stuff. I have things that I just don't use or need anymore. As I get older simplifying is becoming more and more appealing.

I'm realigning my "priorities" to do the same thing, eventually order and build a Jim Kibler flintlock.

I went ahead with the order because there is plenty of time before it's done and he doesn't require any payment till its ready. In this economy everything is going up. Just no way around it.

Does that $1130 include the lock? Some kit-makers sell the lock as a separate, additional purchase as a way to work around some rule or regulation. I don't know if Mr. Kibler has to do this or not.

Yes, it does include the lock which is purchased separately.

Kibler Woodsrunner is released. Just placed my order. People who got on the pre-order list get priority over current website orders. $1280 + shipping with the wood upgrade. The lady estimated approx. 4 months for delivery, but we all know how that goes.
