I ordered a SMR today, and the lady said they may start shipping woodunners the beginning of November. Order now, and expect a spring delivery, because there are over 300 on order.
My order was very smooth, and the SMR will ship tomorrow.
I actually wanted the woodsrunner, but not a long wait. Maybe next spring for me.

Hoping things work out for you.
Oh I’m sure it will, thanks ! but it’s no fun watching all these good jobs being posted and not being able to apply for them. I was told I had to wait to apply till I get medically released by my Dr. When I am released though.. watch out! Haha

I put together a SMR, the Kibler kits are something special indeed. I am flintlock poor, I sold the SMR because I couldn't see the sights with my old eyes, I have two of everything from fowlers to squirrel rifles as well as 4 B/P deer rifles. I am probably one of the few people on this site not lusting after one of the Kibler kits, I really like them but just don't need one.

I will be 75 in a month and the question on my mind now is how am I going to disperse my collection when I croak. I have lots of guns and almost no family members who would be interested in them.

Send me one of those fowlers! Jim is never going to get his production on them started. May buy a barrel at log cabin Saturday.
