Looking to trade some old collector newhouse traps for a flintlock rifle .54 or .58 cal or a flint fowler. I have never owned a flint lock but I'm waiting a kiber 36 to come in. I have the following..
Newhouse no.114 (best wolf trap ever made in most people's opinion!) This trap has offset jaws with teeth.
2x newhouse no.14 (used for smaller wolf, coyote and beaver) both have offset jaws with teeth.
Newhouse 4.5 wolf trap all there chain, drag, snap trap has never been used slight surface rust!
2x newhouse no.3
1x newhouse no.4
And the oldest one is a newhouse oneida community no.4
I also have a fc.taylor no.3 long spring with coyote cuff jaws and a pit.pan that is pretty cool.
And last but not least a homemade wolf trap that is the size of a small bear trap this trap was made in Saskatchewan and I bought it from a guy there.
All of these traps are all there one of the 14s I had to put an original chain back on so the patina doesn't match but it's all there. If you are interested in trading for a flintlock let me know and I'll send pictures of the traps I have and maybe we can come together. I'd really like a full stock hawken, nice fowler, and southern rifles are not out of the equation either. Just message me if you are interested in a trade thanks-Dstone
