I have for your consideration an extra large multi stripe Whitney wool capote. Capote is brand new unused made from a freshly laundered Whitney blanket. Tags have been removed for authenticity. This capote is very thick. Cut from an original unused pattern from 1976, this capote was hand sewn with simulated sinew using a backstitch. Yarn blanket stitching on edges is 100% wool. This pattern is for an extra large person or chest size 44-52 but my measurements are as follows; length from shoulder to bottom of capote =44 inches. Sleeve from shoulder to wrist= 28 inches. Width around waist approx.= 58 inches. For size reference my father who is modeling the capote is 6ft 3 inches 240 lbs and it fits him comfortably with a little room. Sleeves can be cuffed by the way. Thanks for looking, feel free to ask question. Price is $275 firm free shipping. Price will not be reduced due to price of blanket and shipping costs. I am accepting USPS Money order or cash only. Will ship upon receival of payment. Shipping is free to lower 48 USA 🇺🇸 only.

I would probably need a M/L. I bought a wool frock that was said to be "A large Frock" . When I received it, it was actually a XXL Frock. It's about 2 Xs to big.
